
Todoist is a to-do list application that allows users to sync to-do lists in real-time through the cloud across multiple computers and mobile devices. You can even embed Google Calendars on your website. Google Calendars can be synced with phone or other mobile devices, and the software integrates with Apple’s iCal. Google Calendar allows users to create and track meetings, appointments, and assignments. If you have a smartphone or mobile device, there are several additional features that can be set to send alerts to those devices about upcoming assignments, appointments, or meetings. Outlook, an email software used by Microsoft, includes a Calendar feature that allows users to add meetings, appointments, and events, track appointments and meetings by setting a variety of reminders, and the ability to share calendars with other Outlook users. The free Box account allows users to store up to 10 GB of files with a maximum file size of 250 MB for an individual file. Dropbox offers two different storage plans. Drop box also allows you to easily share your files with friends and family with a simple link.

Google Drive starts you out with 15 GB of free Google online storage, so you can keep photos, stories, designs, drawings, recordings, videos, and assignments in one networked location.ĭropbox is another cloud storage option that allows users to save files on your computer, then access them on your phone or mobile device.
